The Itinerary
Two weeks, unhurried
Week One — Arriving & Rooting
Day 1
Arrival & Settling In
Welcome at the pier, a slow walk through the gardens, fresh coconut water, and a sunset welcome circle with your hosts.
Day 2
The Farm Wakes You
Sunrise meditation, morning yoga on the deck, and your first hands-in-the-soil garden practice — then a farm-to-table lunch you helped grow.
Day 3
Village Immersion
Meet the neighbours. Visit the local rice farm, share merienda with a farming family, and learn how the village really lives.
Day 4
Ocean Day
Introduction to snorkeling or freediving in the reef's shallow gardens, with spearfishing stories from the fishermen at dusk.
Day 5
Healing Day
Traditional Hilot healing massage, herbal sauna infused with lemongrass and ginger, and an evening of deep rest.
Day 6
Island Outing
A full-day boat journey to nearby islands and sandbars — swim, snorkel, and share a picnic on the water.
Day 7
Rest & Reflection
A slow tea ceremony as the garden wakes, journaling in the bamboo hall, and free time for hammocks and long conversations.
Week Two — Deepening & Farewell
Day 8
Waterfall Trek
Half-day trek through the mountains to hidden falls — cold mountain pools and lunch beside the water.
Day 9
Cacao & Ceremony
Visit a local cacao farm to see how island chocolate is grown, then return for a heart-opening evening cacao ceremony.
Day 10
Cultural Harvest
Join neighbours for traditional copra harvesting and roasting — learn the crafts that have sustained island families for generations.
Day 11
Community Learning
A day of cooperative building or garden projects, communal cooking, and the deep connection of working the land together.
Day 12
Breath & Sound
Morning breathwork, an afternoon sound-healing journey with gongs and singing bowls, and a sunset meditation.
Day 13
Sunrise Summit
An early hike to a ridge above the haven for sunrise over the sea — the island spread out beneath you.
Day 14
Farewell Circle
A final morning practice, closing circle and shared feast, and a slow transfer back to the pier — carrying the haven with you.
This is the offered rhythm — nothing is compulsory. Rain, festivals, and the unexpected gifts of island life may gently reshape any day.
